For the first time in Italy a workshop by Nicola Pozzani and Maggie Rosen to combine wine and fragrances. A two-hour-long in-depth analysis about olfactory perception of wine, that will be treated like an art and designe object.
The pertecipating will learn the basic techniques to recognize the fragrance of wine, combining it with classical aromas.
An occasion to view the wine from a new slant.
The workshop will end with a wine and food degustation.
