-Coming from Este, you have to go through the main street towards Villa Estense, Carmignano, Sant'Urbano; once you are here, take Rottella Destra street to Villa Nani-Loredan.
-Coming from Lendinara, you have to go through the road until Cà Morosini's bridge, above Adige river; after this bridge, turn right along the river until Rottella Destra street which take you to the Villa.
-Coming from the exit of Boara Pisani, after the tollbooth, turn right until the Adige's bridge; before this bridge, turn right again taking the street along the river and go on until Sant'Urbano, at the beginning of Rottella street.
