FUNDING YEAR 2013


The Regional Institute of Venetian Villas granted funding in 2013 for about € 1 million and a half for restoration projects through loans and mortgages.

I.R.V.V. received under the terms 11 applications for mortgage at a subsidized rate, of which 10 are eligible, for a total of about € 1.200.000,00 that went to benefit Villas located in the provinces of Verona, Treviso and Belluno. These are Villa Pompei – Carlotti in Illasi, Villa Guerrieri - Rizzardi in Bardolino, Villa Gianella - Zerbinato called “I Santi" in Legnago, Villa Rizzardi in Negrar Loc. Pojega, Villa Degli Albertini in Garda in the province of Verona. Villa Venturali - Fanna in Villorba and Villa Busatto in the province of Treviso. Villa Combi in Salzano (VE) and Villa Vellaio called "San Liberale" in Feltre (BL).

The Institute instead accepted 13 requests for no repayable loans on the 21 received. The remaining eight questions were not eligible for funding due to lack of documentation or of requirements. The amount allocated for each question ranges from 10 to 25 per cent of the total work, for an amount of approximately 260 thousand euro. Beneficiaries were some villas in the province of Verona, Vicenza, Padua and Venice. They are Villa Leoni - Sandri in Dolcè Loc. Volargne, Villa Da Prato in Caldiero, Villa Marogna in Nogara in the Verona area. Villa Guion - Bruttomesso Loc. Anconetta in Vicenza, Villa Angarano - Bianchi in Bassano del Grappa, Villa Magrin in Grisignano di Zocco in the province of Vicenza. Villa Caffré in Fossò, Boldù Grimani in Mirano, Villa Combi now Parsonage House in Salzano, Villa Foscarini Rossi in Stra in the Province of Venice. Villa dei Vescovi in Luvignano di Torreglia, Villa Da Carrara - Bragadin in Due Carrare, Villa Cesarotti in Selvazzano Dentro in the province of Padua.
