Countess Marieta, resentful blind elder, lives in an hospice for disgraced nobles, just like her cheating husband. They are separated since long time. Next to the end of her days, she keeps the strength to demonstrate her strong nature bolstered by life difficulties. This play stages middle class characters in a context that mixes up nobility and common people letting emerge the most intimate and personal feelings.
